Fulfillment:

-Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks processing time.

-Ready-to-ship orders typically take 3-5 days processing time.

-Orders containing a pre-ordered item do not have a defined processing time.

Shipping Rates:

-Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and the receiver's location.

-International shipping (to Canada) is calculated based solely on the weight of the package to anywhere in CA.

-Free US shipping is automatically applied at an order total (after discounts) of $75

-Free CA shipping is automatically applied at an order total (after discounts) of $125

Shipping Methods:

-Domestic US orders (up to 1 lb) are shipped via USPS First Class

-Domestic US orders (over 1 lb) are shipped via USPS Priority

-International CA orders are shipped via USPS First Class International

Once an order is shipped, we have no control over how long it takes for delivery.  Most often domestic orders arrive in 3-5 business days while international orders tend to arrive in approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping Restrictions:

-We currently only ship to US and CA. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.

-If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay the additional shipping fees for purchasing a new corrected label.

Missing and Lost Packages:

-If your tracking updates as "delivered" and you have not received your package please wait 1-2 days before contacting usps.  Often times they will scan packages early before they have actually been delivered.

-If your package is still missing after 1-2 days, please contact usps directly through their web contact form or call them at: 1-800-ask-usps

-We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

International Shipping:

-As previously stated, shipping to CA goes through USPS First Class International.

-Any customs and imports duty will be the responsibility of the buyer.
